It was a complex custom build for customers who were involved and had high standards.
There were plenty of challenges associated with a custom build such as ours, compounded by the fact that it was in a new intercostal community with many peculiar and evolving HOA related restrictions and county-based mandates. The entire Skyway team was involved in, and focused on, problem solving and the primary objective of building a quality home and providing great customer service.
